In developing this report, Guy Carpenter has once again worked with the insurance practice of law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and their network of legal experts, acknowledged as leading insurance law practitioners in their respective jurisdictions across Continental Europe, to highlight what legislative or judicial developments they consider to be of greatest impact in each country. It has not been our objective to produce an exhaustive review of the entire scope of legislative changes and judicial rulings of the past year in Continental Europe, but rather to highlight the main developments that we and our legal colleagues perceive as being worthy of attention, and where necessary, further in-depth study.
